I'm not going to lie, i was a bit concerned about this bit. Andrew had said we need to use Final Cut Pro 6, but i had managed to get hold of Final Cut Pro X, and all that we had been taught in the one lesson i had on 6, did not seem to translate to X! But never the less, i sat in the classroom and loaded up and tutorial on YouTube, which seems to solve everything.
Needless to say, within a few minutes, i was finding it fairly easy, and with the help of a classmate, began to get really into it!
After a few hours i was absolutely loving it, as it was as easy to use as i had heard. The only probel i encountered, was the sheer amount of footage i had, and even when i chopped them all down to half a second or less, i was still on 25 seconds.......
So I've got some serious figuring out to do to get rid of 5 seconds, which is going to be harder than it sounds....
